We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your order. At Ariella & Co, we aim to make the return process simple and transparent.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our returns are processed through our international logistics warehouse, which may result in shipping fees between $25 and $50
CAD.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
3-Step Return Process:
Step 1: Contact us at info@ariella-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions.
Step 2: Once you receive our instructions, ship the items to the specified return address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received at our warehouse.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Conditions for Returned Items
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Include all original tags and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after quality control inspection.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing info@ariella-boutique.com.
After this timeframe, your order will be forwarded to our logistics team for processing and cannot be canceled.
If you change your mind after this period, you may follow the return process outlined above.
