All orders placed on our website ariella-boutique.com are processed on the same day they are placed, except when the order is made on a statutory holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
We always guarantee delivery of your order. However, promotions and special offers may experience delays due to high demand for our products.
Once your order has been verified, it is processed within 1–6 business days and shipped to the delivery address provided.
All our products leave our warehouse within 1–6 business days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by air freight, allowing us to provide fast international service.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address and fail to inform us immediately (before your order is processed) and the parcel cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued. A new shipment will be at your expense.

Unclaimed Parcels: If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left. If the parcel is not claimed within 15 days, it will be returned to the sender without any refund.

Address Changes After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible. As deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners, Ariella & Co has no authority to alter addresses post-dispatch. The customer is responsible for any loss caused by incorrect or outdated addresses.
External factors such as customs or logistical delays may affect estimated delivery times.
Ariella & Co cannot be held responsible for taxes, customs duties, or additional fees applied upon delivery. These costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Any returns, regardless of the reason, are at the customer’s expense. Reshipping fees for returned products are also the responsibility of the customer.
